Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 2 days before the tour date to receive a full refund.
Cancellations that are made less than two calendar days before the tour are not refundable, as food samples have been pre-ordered from food vendors. However, in the event of an emergency, we will try to reschedule, up to 24 hours before the tour. Alternatively, tickets can be transferred to another party: simply provide them with the name(s) on your booking. The same terms and conditions will apply to them.
Requests for a change of date must be made more than 48 hours in advance of the tour date.
